Fortnite Reload is certainly the most exciting thing about the latest game update. This mode brings back many iconic OG places and weapons but with a different twist. Unfortunately, while the mode was added with the v30.20 update, it’s still not available in the game.
If you can’t find the Fortnite Reload OG mode, then our article explains everything you need to know. Keep in mind, however, that you are not the only player dealing with this problem.
Where to find the OG Fortnite Reload mode?
The new game mode is developed by Epic Games and is not a third-party map. Due to this, you are supposed to find it on the Discover screen in the main lobby. However, the mode is currently not enabled, which is why no one can play it yet. To find the OG Fortnite Reload mode, you will first have to wait for Epic to release it to live servers.
Despite the latest Fortnite update coming at 1 AM Eastern Time, the new mode hasn’t been enabled yet. According to the game developer, it will launch on Saturday, June 22, after 2 PM Eastern Time.
For now, there is nothing you can do to play the Fortnite Reload mode. You can sit back and relax while Epic Games prepares everything for its launch. Considering that it’s less than 12 hours away, the wait isn’t that long. Once the OG mode comes out, you will be able to participate in new 40-player Fortnite lobbies on your way to a Victory Royale!
Epic announced another OG mode coming at some point in 2024, which was likely a reference to Fortnite Reload. However, we also expect a Chapter 2 throwback season at the end of the year. According to the leaked roadmap, several Chapter 2 seasons will return in November, and Epic will release another big live event to conclude the chapter.
